Christmas Wreaths

Good Morning Everyone

Today is a batch of Christmas cards.  These are actually the ones that i made and then had all the off cuts of white pearl card that i used on my previous uploads using scraps!  I got this fab tonic wreath die in a sale on craftstash, its been ideal for using up lots of my backgrounds and fairly quick flat cards as it cut first time

6x6 cardbase made from white pearl cardstock.  I then die cut the wreath from more white pearl and the mat layer from a background id made using blue alcohol inks of holographic mirror card, after gluing the 2 layers together and also die cutting the sentiment that came from the set.  I cut a panel of white pearl slightly smaller than the front and used a snowfall embossing folder on it, i added to the base card with 2 small snippets of the blue background to add top and bottom edges - a good cheat if not enough to do a full mat layer and use up little offcuts😀   Silver glitter glue added to the berries to finish

Version 2 using the same blue alcohol inks on silver holographic mirror card, you can just make out that the holographic effect still shimmers through.  This time as i used the blue for the wreath i first cut the blue card to do  a mat layer to fit my base card and then die cut the wreath from the middle of it as it would be hidden by the embossed panel so makes the card go further.

Version 3 is cosmic shimmer pixie powders on black cardstock - it really shimmers when the light hits it

Version 4 is a brusho background

Version 5 is green alcohol inks of gold mirror card - like i say this was a good design for raiding my large drawer of backgrounds ive made over the years. So i managed to make 25 versions

Items Used:
Tonic Studios die - the four seasons loving winter
8x8 Snow embossing folder
Tim holtz alcohol inks
Cosmic shimmer pixie powders
Brusho's
Ranger stickles
White pearl cardstock
Mirror card

Thank you for popping by once again and waving hello to all my email subscribers.  I hope you enjoy the end of the week and then weekend.  Hugs Emmax

  4. Shimmeringly gorgeous greetings. I adore the falling snow embossing folder that you used here. It very much matches the plethora of flakes that are tumbling down outside our window right this very minute.
