Dancing Sheep

Good Morning everyone, i hope you had a good weekend.

Today Im sharing some of the last batch of Easter cards i made using this fab Zinskiart sheep, doing her Spring Fling with daffodil in her mouth.

6x6" scalloped base card.  Ive been on a mission to use these very old neglected tattered lace square dies - i do like them but they tend to warp the cardstock and are nearly impossible to stick down flat and square.  Im also on a mission to use old sheets of 6x6 paper, the odd sheets left in paper pads.

I first stamped and watercoloured with marker pens and cut them out.  I then found papers to go with them.  I die cut the yellow paper with a smaller square and matted onto a larger square die cut from turquoise blue pearl cardstock - both added with foam tape.  I had small offcuts of pale pink paper which i added top and bottom behind the main panel.   I gently curved the sheep and added to the front with pinflair glue gel.

I stamped the fab quote from the stamp set and cut up, adding with glue gel.  Touches of glitter glue to finish.

  3. Fun image and wonderful card design. I suggest trying to adhered the die cut panels with tape runner, that may help them lay flat. Thanks for playing along in the challenge at The Four Seasons.
