Good Morning everyone
Today is a batch of slimline Christmas cards made using woodware candle stamp and lots of patterned paper snippets, this fit some slim envelopes i found in my stash perfectly
8x3" card from white cardstock. I stamped the candle stamp onto white card, cut to size and rounded the corners, i coloured the flames with yellow alcohol markers. After stamped the candles onto various scraps of patterned paper i cut them out and adhered to the base image. I made a mat layers from Christmas papers and layered onto the base card, all corners rounded with my trust WRMK corner chomper.
Stamped sentiment and glitter glue on the flames to finish.

version 3
version 4
Some of the scraps, most are only 1&2" wide
This shows how i stamped them, as the small pieces were very small to hold and accurately stamp onto. I first stamped the candles onto scrap paper and kept it in my stamp platform, i could then see where to place the small scraps to line up with which ever candle fit the size of paper best. Also doing it this way i could stamp a few at a time. If its too small to use the magnets I use a little repositionable tape on the back of the paper to hold in place.
Items Used:
Woodware stamp 'FRS390 stained glass candles'
Clearly besotted sentiment stamp
All papers are from the works
Alcohol markers
Stickles 'diamond' glitter glue
Thank you all for dropping by. Hugs Emmax

Wonderful paper pieced cards Emma! I am so glad you showed the 'trick' to stamping onto small pieces of paper for paper piecing - it took me a long time to realise that was such a handy way to do things!
