Happy Easter Dancing Sheep

Good Morning everyone.

Today im sharing a set of fun Easter cards i made using my new paperarsty Zinski art stamps, the saying in the set just makes me smile.  Its not often these days I do the skippy hoppy kicky dance thing but i probably will be attempting it today as my 3 nieces are coming down to see me and that usually involves alot of fun & games.....well i shall be at least watching them do the skippy dancing.

6x6 white card base.  For the background i used stenciled panels i made using oxide inks - i have a pile of them that i did when wasn't really in a proper crafting mood but wanted something to do.  After stenciling i die cut them into stitched squares.

After stamping the sheep with archival ink i coloured them simply with inktense pencils & distress inks and then cut them out, i chopped off the arms and legs - no not for leg of lamb😀.  I stamped the sheep where i wanted it on the stenciled panel so that the arms and legs were there, i then shaped the sheep and added with glue gel on top lining up with the base image.

I stamped the saying onto white card and cut out each word and arranged on the card, i doodled around each word.  Pink glitter drops & glitter glue highlights to finish.

A close up

This one uses the other large sheep in the set, i think she looks rather stylish in her Easter Bonnet.  Justrite stamp Stamped sentiment and pink glitter drops to match her pink hat & handbag

Oxide inks squeezed lemonade & twisted citron, cracked pistachio

Now in this one she has really hit the dancefloor with the strobbing disco lights😁

Oxide inks - twisted citron, cracked pistachio, peacock feathers & salty ocean

*****

A lovely swirl background for this one, i lightly doodled in ground for them all with a black fine liner pen.

Twisted citron, cracked pistachio, peacock feathers and salty ocean oxide inks.

Now these 3 lasses are sitting on the side lines at the disco, maybe its granny in the middle chaperoning them, she brought her knitting along to keep her busy.

This one is stenciled with original distress inks - twisted citron, shabby shutters,  shaded lilac, i gently inked around the outside edge with the inks as well.  Orange glitter dots on this one. 5x7 size.

Items Used:
Paperartsy Zinski Art stamps ZA26
Justrite sentiment stamps
Various stencils
Stitched square dies
distress inks and oxide inks
Derwent Inktense pencils
papermania glitter dots
CraftUK ltd white card and card blanks

I hope you all have a good week, its so windy so think it will be hats and gloves for me and the nieces today.  Emmax
