More acetate

Good Morning everyone.

Today is another way i used up the off cuts of acetate i had, again ive used alcohol inks to colour the acetate and then over stamped with flowers.  Ive found that the alcohol pearl inks do not like acetate and rub off once dried😞

6x5" white linen cardbase.   After inking my acetate I stamped on the opposite side with black stazon ink.  I glued white linen card on either side of the acetate, added foam tape to the back of the cardstock and attached to the cardbase.  Using the foam tape allows a bit of light to get in behind the acetate panel.  Stamped sentiment die cut into banners to finish.

I love how light bounces off the acetate, i added gold glitter glue to the centre of the iris to finish

Version 2.  Here after stamping the flowers onto the acetate i also stamped it onto white linen cardstock, i then worked out where it lined up and cut the white version to fit the acetate one.  Stamped sentiment, black gems a little glitter glue on the flowers to finish.

Version 3 just using reds and oranges instead of the blues and pinks

Items Used:
Aall&create stamp - Iris
Woodware stamp - wild meadow
Katzelkraft sentiment stamps
Tim Holtz alcohol inks
Acetate
White linen card
Stickles gold glitter glue

Thank you all for stopping by.  Hugs Emmaxxx

  12. These are absolutely marvelous, Emma. I adore how both backgrounds look like they could be intensely vivid sunsets/dusk skies, particularly at this time of the year, as summer gets ready to pass the torch to autumn and vibrant skies become the (gorgeous!) norm for a while in various parts of the world.
