70th Birthday shutter card

Morning everyone.

Today im sharing a card my mum asked for for her friends 70th birthday, i decided to make a shutter card and teamed a splash of orange flowers with chocolate glitter card and chocolate mirri card, very Autumnal tones......I guess i also have a chocolate orange theme going on๐Ÿ˜‹

From a piece of A4 white card i die cut the tattered lace shutter card die and folded along the score lines.  I then cut the smaller layers from chocolate brown mirri card and then small again from a pretty floral paper and then glued them all to the base.
I then die cut lots of foliage and flowers from orange  inked card, brown glitter card, gold mirri card and various papers. I then arranged them on the base. Gold tone gems to finish the flowers off.

Showing from the right side, i computer printed the sentiment and die cut the number 70 from chocolate mirri card and added to the small sections.

Showing it opened out completely

Close up on my flowers. The orange ones were cut from card i inked with Oxide inks in Fozzilised Amber, Candied Apple, Spiced Marmelade

Items Used:
Tattered Lace shutter die set
Sizzix flower dies
Tim Holtz funky flower dies
Crafters companion foliage dies
Memory box number dies
Floral Patterned Paper
Jellybean glitter card
Chocolate & Gold Mirri card

Thank you all for stopping by once again, i can't believe how fast the weeks fly by.  Ive had my head down Christmas card making.  I hope you all have a good week whatever you get upto. Emmax
